Brain Dead x Gel Nimbus 9 ‘Rio Red Apricot’

The Brain Dead and ASICS collaboration is back with the Gel Nimbus 9 ‘Rio Red Apricot,’ a striking colorway for the vintage runner model that was first introduced in 2007. The upper part of the shoe features a vibrant mix of colors that contrast with each other, such as magenta-colored mesh, synthetic overlays coated in mint green and canary yellow, and pink TPU side stripes. The tongue tags and sockliners display branding from both Brain Dead and ASICS, alternating from left shoe to right. The shoe is built with an olive-green foam midsole that is both lightweight and comfortable, with Gel inserts for extra support. Finally, a hot pink rubber outsole provides durability and traction underfoot.
