The pale blue suede upper of the Supreme x Vans Half Cab ‘Barbed Wire’ pairs with the signature barbed wire print as part of the legendary NYC skate brand’s 2021 collection. Stitching through the upper in white stands out alongside matching white barbed wire graphics on the rubber midsole in vulcanized black.
